I am a driven coach and the future catalyst in your 1:1 fitness, exercise and training journey. Together, we will:
- Discuss nutritional guidelines in respect to your goals and specific goal-oriented training. This will include guidelines on macronutrients, calories and food options and suggestions based on current weight, type of training and overall goals.
- Complete an initial formal virtual assessment on mobility, form/technique, balance and stability and safety risks. Identifying areas of deficiency or excess is key to perfecting your movement and safety!
- Ensure you are maintaining proper, safe and effective mechanics by critiquing form and technique. This will be done by providing 1 video to me (up to 10 mins) per week, for feedback.
- Make you as independent as possible. My ultimate goal is to provide you with unique information about your body and movement to encourage your independence and self-sufficience with exercise.
- Crush your goals!
